Rules for allotment of plots:

1) Plots will be allotted on first come first served basis.

2) Booking money and 3 copies of applicant and 3 passport size photographs of nominee should be submitted along with the application form.

3) Buyers located abroad can purchase plots directly or through their local representative.

4) Royal Eco-Land Limited Account No:, Pay Order/Bank in the name of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd., Branch: Wari, Dhaka-1203.

5) Payment to be made through draft/chequee/online. If a customer cancels his booked plot only after booking the plot, then no amount will be paid to him.

6) If a customer wants to withdraw the deposit for his plot within 2 years of booking the plot, then 30% service charge will be deducted from the total deposit.

7) If a customer wants to get back the money deposited for his plot within 3 years of booking the plot, then 20% of the total money deposited will be serviced Charges will be deducted.

8) If a customer wants to get back the amount deposited for his plot after 3 years of booking the plot, then the total amount deposited will be refunded in full.

9) If you want to transfer the plot from Royal Eco-Land Limited in the name of the recipient to another place before registration, it should be done through the company.In this case, the service charge prescribed by the company should be paid.

10) All expenses related to registration including stamp, gain tax and VAT will be borne by the buyer.

11) The buyer who fails to pay the installments within the specified time will have to pay penalty at the rate of 10% per month. Failure to pay 3 consecutive installments without notice Plot allotment will be canceled.

12) Plot registration will be done after full payment.

13) Sign the undertaking prescribed by the company at the time of booking/payment.

14) The decision of the Company in allotment of plots shall be final and the Company shall not cancel, alter, augment or add to any allotment.

15) All transactions should be done through the specified bank account of the company. Company receipt must be received after depositing all kinds of money.

I/my nominated representative shall be bound to follow all the policies and conditions of the company in allotment of plots including the above rules.
